When listing your accounts for collection, we rely on your documents and information that you give us. The better the information is and the better it’s organized, the more efficient we are.
Here is what we need:
- Our listing sheet filled out
- An itemization of charges
- Any contracts and agreements
- Any supporting documents for the debt
Our acknowledgment letter is sent out once we list your account(s) as a confirmation that your accounts have been properly placed. We advise that you ensure that you have placed all the accounts that you’ve intended to.
We advise that to effectively work your accounts that we are given a reasonable amount of time to start our process, roughly 60-90 days. If you would like, we can personally bring you up to speed on the status of your account(s). We also have our client login that allows you to follow the status of your account. Our assignment letter is sent to have you authorize our agency to take legal action on your assigned accounts on your behalf. We can not move forward until we receive this document back to us signed. The language in the agreement allows us to assign the judgment in our businesses name and take legal action on the account. All commission agreements remain as stated.
